Acerola grows wild in Central America, the Antilles, and in the humid tropics of South America. It is one of the fruits with the highest vitamin C content. It is also rich in vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin A, flavonoids and essential minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.

Coriander is commonly used in Mediterranean, South American and Southeast Asian cuisine. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and dried seeds are generally used.

The Watercress is a perennial plant common in streams, streams of clear waters and swamps, native to Europe and Central Asia. It is considered one of the oldest vegetables consumed by humans.
